Paul Anthony Ebben, Psy.D.
Dr. Ebben has been licensed as a psychologist since 1992. He was licensed in Michigan and practiced In Jackson, MI for three years before moving to Kentucky in 1995. He has a doctorate in clinical psychology from Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology (APA accredited), he completed his pre-doctoral internship at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, Texas (APA accredited), and he completed a post-doctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at W. A. Foote Hospital in Jackson, MI. He has acquired specialties in neuropsychology, forensic psychology, and pediatric psychology. His expertise in neuropsychology is based on training, experience, and research with patients who have brain trauma/disease, as well as with developmentally disabled children and adults. Forensically, he has performed thousands of examinations for various courts and attorneys across Kentucky (civil and criminal) and he has testified as an expert witness hundreds of times in over 25 Kentucky counties. He holds certifications/memberships in APA, KPA, National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, National Academy of Neuropsychology, and the Association of State and Provincial Boards in Psychology.

MISSION STATEMENT: Insight Psychological Consultants PSC. was founded in 2002 by Dr. Paul Ebben, Clinical and Forensic Psychologist. IPC's mission is to provide comprehensive, ethical, timely, and effective psychological examinations in the clinical and forensic arenas that improve the health and functioning of the patient and their family, and to assist with the understanding of a defendant for adjudication purposes, ultimately to improve the health of our communities. We aim to answer specific referral questions from patients, attorneys and courts. After submitting a report, we remain available for ongoing consultation as needed, since follow-up and service continuity is very important to us. Additionally, we seek to educate the public about psychological services and how psychologists are uniquely qualified to provide insight into human behavior through sound scientific methods.

Mary is Insight's Office Manager. She has been an employee since 2005. She is able to answer questions pertaining to scheduling, payment and insurance, and all other administrative issues.
